- PAYMENTS -

Order payments can be done via credit card or debit card through PayPal.  All prices listed are in Japanese yen (JPY) with the options of select world currencies as well. 

Domestic orders within Japan can also be paid via money transfer through JP Post, for customers owning a JP Post bank account. If using this option, please contact us at the time of ordering to receive banking information to complete your transaction.

Please include via email

1) the name of the product you wish to order

2) your contact information (name / billing address / email / tel no)

3) please use "Domestic Order" in the subject line of your email.

We will respond via email within 24 hours to provide the info you need to complete your transaction.

- SHIPPING -

International shipping from Japan will be done via EMS postage including tracking information. Delivery times may vary but will average up to 5-7 business days. Duties and taxes payment are the responsibility of the customer and may be required once shipment is delivered.

Domestic shipping within Japan will be handled by JP Post, within a 1-2 day delivery time.

Please ensure your shipping and billing addresses are accurate to prevent any disruptions to the delivery.

We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

All orders are subject to availability and credit card authorization.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and will be added at checkout. Please see chart below for reference.

- ORDER PROCESSING -

You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped. 

Domestic orders within Japan are delivered via JP Post / Sagawa. International orders are delivered by JP Post/EMS (Express Mail Service). Please allow up to 1-2 days for your tracking number to be activated.

Once your tracking number is active, the approximate time of transit is:

- RETURNS & EXCHANGES -

To return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@foundfeatherism.com.  Please provide your order number and reason for your return/exchange.

Full-price items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After 7 days, you will be eligible for online store credit only.  After 21 days, all sales are final.  Please note all sale items are final sale.

The customer may choose their preferred method of return shipping. We recommend insurance/tracking as FOUND FEATHER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer will bear all costs to send any return products, upon product inspection and quality clearance, credits / refunds can be applied via the original payment method used when placing the order.
